A bit about our vanilla biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon a traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our vanilla bake uses delicious Madagascan vanilla to give a warm, sweet taste.

I bought a thank you present from my business to another business as they featured us in the press. Normally we don't spend on gifting but we made an exception as this was very special to us. They never received the gift and when I wrote to your customer services, they were not helpful or understanding and immediately blamed the postal system. So I basically paid £30.00 into thin air. They did not want to come up with a plan that helped me and told me to wait until Friday.... Which is two weeks late, I now feel rather embarrassed that I told this company to expect something and nothing arrived. Now, I have to buy something else.

Hi Marina, Thank you so much for your review. We are so sorry that the recipient has not received their gift. We completely appreciate how disappointing this is. What looks like has happened is that it has been successfully delivered to a shared, large business address but the gift has not then been handed to the recipient from the postal room/reception area within the building. We have raised an investigation and will know more from Royal Mail this Friday, having only found out about this unsuccessful delivery today, Royal Mail are looking into this as a matter of urgency. Once we hear back from Royal Mail we can then look into all the options to resolve this for you. A member of our customer service team will be in contact with you to discuss this further, however.
