A bit about our chocolate biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon a traditional twicebaked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our chocolate bake uses rich cocoa powder to give a luxurious, chocolatey taste.

“Absolutely beautiful, and the recipients loved them: said they might not eat them but frame them and hang them on the wall! My only disappointment is that I don't think the vanilla biscuits are a patch on the gingerbread biscuits; please could you make the choice available all year round!”
