A bit about our vanilla biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon a traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our vanilla bake uses delicious Madagascan vanilla to give a warm, sweet taste.

“I love your biscuits but I did not think the biscuit base was as good as the ones I have had in the past. The icing as usual was excellent, but they are not cheap biscuits and I was slightly disappointed in the taste. Also would it be possible to create an airtight tin as they were a bit soft too. They didn’t taste as fresh as usual. I do love your product but I’m afraid this just didn’t live up to expectation.”
