“The products are very pretty and packaged very nicely so make a great gift. I'm not sure, therefore, how they taste! Unfortunately, the delivery and communication was very poor. They didn't arrive on the day or time requested (twice!) and the communication from Biscuiteers was slow and uninterested - I had to call back to find out where they were as my first call wasn't returned and my email wasn't replied to for three days. For the price and the 100% guarantee policy, I would expect much better and more polite customer service and delivery.”
“I have been a long-time fan of Bisuiteers. The 'Get Well Soon' tin that I recently ordered looked beautiful, as ever, and the recipient was delighted. However, the day after they arrived I was offered one and was surprised and disappointed to find the biscuits tasted pretty terrible. They were dry, lacking in flavour and tasted stale despite being less than 24 hours old and sealed in a tin. In the past they have been quite tasty, so I'm not sure what, if anything, has changed but given that they are reasonably pricey it would make me pause before ordering them again. Such a shame.”
