A bit about our chocolate biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our chocolate bake uses rich cocoa powder to give a luxurious, chocolatey taste.

“These were a gift for my father in law after his hip replacement and he loved them ! He does like a biscuit and has been known to eat a fair few ... but he says that these are the best he's ever eaten.”

“Sent to my daughter after an operation. She was so delighted they really did look so beautiful and almost too good to eat. She and her partner thought they were delicious, they reminded her of her childhood. The tin was delightful and also useful for storing bits and pieces once all the biscuits are gone.”
