A bit about our chocolate biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our chocolate bake uses rich cocoa powder to give a luxurious, chocolatey taste.

“The biscuits and the tin were as usual excellent . My only gripe this time was the post . I know the weather was bad but I had allowed an extra day for my cousins 50th birthday yet despite this Royal Mail didn't try to deliver until the 1st March . Also prices in booklet received with previous biscuits weren't honoured and when I checked was just told they had gone up but booklets hadn't been changed”

I'm very sorry to see that your order was delayed by a day due to the adverse weather conditions, I can imagine that this was very disappointing! I believe that member of our customer services team has been in touch previously with you regarding our price change, which was our first in ten years.
