A bit about our chocolate biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our chocolate bake uses rich cocoa powder to give a luxurious, chocolatey taste.

These were a present for my sister in law ,but I have previously received two tins for my birthday and Mothers Day from my Daughter. I love them, they are delicious, and the tins are so pretty too.

Sadly my friend has still not received them, as Royal Mail Parcels have failed to deliver the present, despite them confirming the re-delivery was confirmed after their 1st attempt failed.... still nothing. Very sad, as these were a Thank you! It is impossible to contact Royal Mail Parcels by phone and emails take 10 days to reply...how ridiculous is that! If you have any influence with them, that would help.

Having paid nearly £7 for delivery on a nominated day, I was surprised and disappointed that the biscuits did not arrive. UKMail failed to contact me when a problem arose and by the time that I had logged onto their website to find a message "Please call us" it was too late for the delivery to be rearranged. When I tried calling both the Biscuiteers and UKMail neither answered their phones or emails. When I logged a complaint with UKMail it was closed without any explanation. This was meant to be a 30th birthday present. It was not delivered. I will not be using Biscuiteers again and will be advising those whom I speak to to do likewise. I note that in providing this review I am instructed not to mention: (i) delivery or (ii) customer service. Unfortunately due to the woeful arrangements at the Biscuiteers this is all I have to comment upon as the present was not received on time.

Hi Jonathan, we read all reviews here at Biscuiteers and are really saddened that you feel disappointed by the service provided, this is certainly not our intentions. We have looked up your order on our system and have noticed an incorrect postcode was provided against the delivery address which is why there were issues delivering, however, we will be speaking with our courier company regarding your logged complaint. Unfortunately due to the Easter Weekend ourselves and our courier company were closed Good Friday and Easter Monday, the order was rearranged for delivery on the Tuesday with an updated postcode by our customer service team. We have since refunded you for your order at your request. We are sorry we weren't notified sooner by UK Mail regarding the delivery address issue. Our customer service team always aim to get any address amendments to the courier ASAP. We provide our customers with both confirmation and dispatch emails that contains order details, we urge customers to check these before the parcel leaves us to avoid any delays wit delivery.
