“This could not be more disappointing.
I purchased this jubilee tea towel with my confirmation email saying it will be available from 31st May in time for the jubilee.
I went to the cafe to collect 2nd June and was informed there were no orders. The staff I spoke to were very unhelpful and said there was no orders and there was nothing they could do.
When she looked on the computer it said he had left the warehouse on 30th May and delivered 31st May.
The only slightly good thing was that one staff member was very apologetic and spoke to me kindly.
I have only just received an email saying it’s arrived 14th June. 10 days after the jubilee and when unable to collect from the shop.
The whole thing has been a disaster, and is very disappointing as I’ve used biscuiteers for presents on quite a few occasions and I was always happy.”
