A bit about our chocolate biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon a traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our chocolate bake uses rich cocoa powder to give a luxurious, chocolatey taste.

Thank you for your review. I can see that an incorrect delivery address was used at the time you placed your order, so the biscuits sadly never made it to the recipient. We do everything we can to avoid this happening and help our customers check out successfully, and we have introduced a post code finder at the checkout to help customers select the right address when checking out. I'm sorry that this was not helpful for you and that your order was returned to us as it could not be delivered to an incorrect address.
