“Didn't notice upon ordering where to specify delivery options, tried to arrange once bought but were unable to which is understandable, waited in all day knowing it was going to be delivered that day , to then just receive a delivery collection notice that it was too big to deliver and it is at the post office within the next 24hours for collection, they didn't even make an attempt to deliver, knock, ring- not your fault but may be something others have had the same problem with? Very inconvenient”
