“Specifically asked for a delivery day giving plenty of notice. Company sent confirmation of delivery on the wrong day. I then emailed asking company to deliver on the day I asked, again giving plenty of notice, they ignored this and still delivered on the wrong day. Why offer a chosen delivery date if it is going to be ignored. Poor service, whether or not the product is good if a gift cannot be delivered on the correct day will not use again.”

Bought the RHS flowers tin, Victoria said it was miles better than receiving flowers, but was not sure the biscuits would last longer than the flowers might have!!”
