A bit about our vanilla biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon a traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our vanilla bake uses delicious Madagascan vanilla to give a warm, sweet taste.

“I didn't see, or taste, the biscuits myself but my mother, who was the recipient, said they were fantastic and even shared them with her friend who has recently had major surgery. My mum never lies!! I have used The Biscuiteers in the past and will definitely be using them again.”

“I ordered these for my Mother in Law but my husband also ordered them for me. They are delicious and look beautiful. These biscuits make such a lovely present, I have sent a few tins to friends to celebrate various occasions and plan to send a lot more in the coming months.”

“I would pick the no stars option if I could. I received a shocking service from Biscuiteers. I placed an order for the Mother's Day Biscuit Tin 12 days in advance of a requested delivery date. The item arrived 3 days after the requested delivery date, and after Mother's Day. I couldn't cancel the item after it failed to arrive on time, nor would Biscuiteers provide a refund. The company's customer support was terrible - no solution was offered and I received an email, backed up by a phone call, saying it was all my fault for not anticipating their delivery times better. Obviously as a customer I have nothing to do with how, and when, Biscuiteers' products are distributed. I applied for and received refund protection from my credit card provider but the refund should have been provided by Biscuiteers who failed to deliver on the contract. For this reason I will not use this company again and would urge others to do the same. I continue to receive marketing emails from this company despite my "account" preferences stating that I do not want to receive anything.”

“My mother-in-law absolutely loved her present. She hasn't eaten any of the biscuits yet because they looked 'too beautiful' to eat so I had no feedback on the taste. I will definitely get more prezzies from the biscuiteers.”
