The design
Despite our best efforts we haven't managed to persuade anyone that this colourful collection counts towards your 5 a day. They do bring a smile to anyone who eats them though!

A bit about our vanilla biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon a traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our vanilla bake uses delicious Madagascan vanilla to give a warm, sweet taste.

“Unfortunately I am unable to rate the gift - it has still not been received by the recipient. I sent it to someone as a get well present but as they were in hospital, they were not at home and the gift could not be left. Why does this need to be signed for - could it not have been left in the porch ? Now it has gone back to the Royal Mail delivery but as they are still not put of hospital they can’t collect it. A real shame”

Hi there, We are sorry to hear that the biscuits you ordered have not yet reached the recipient. With any of our tins, we need to send these on a signed for service to ensure they arrive safe and sound. They aren't able to be posted through the letterbox, like our letterbox friendly boxed sets, so therefore require someone to be in to sign for them. Royal Mail don't leave anything on porches for security reasons, unless the recipients have that request set up for their address. If they are unable to collect at the moment, you are able to request a re-delivery for the next week?
