“Wasn't the Christmas biscuits that were a problem, my cousin in Australia said they were lovely, when she eventually got them on 8th January! I ordered them on 2nd December for delivery on 18th December, I had an email from Biscuiteers on 8th December to say they had been dispatched. Not sure whose fault it was, British post or Australian post but am very disappointed they didn't get there in time for Christmas. Don't think I would bother sending them overseas again.”
