“The delivery company didn’t even ring the doorbell (my sister was in all day) so it went to the delivery depo a million miles away and because I work full time I can only go to the delivery depo on a Saturday and therefore missed my mum’s birthday. So I’ve wasted £40 on a tin of biscuits.”
