“The Snowman and the Snowdog biscuit tin which I ordered and paid for last Monday , to be delivered to my three grandchildren - Charlie , Ollie and Izzy on Tuesday 15th December did not arrive .
I was not aware of this until they visited me yesterday , Sunday 20th December and I asked them if they liked their biscuits . They obviously did not know what I was talking about .
Please will you send them a replacement as soon as possible .
The three biscuit cards were delivered to my home the next day and the doggy biscuit tin to my son's dog Maggie , it is just the Snowman Tin that has not been received.
Obviously we were all Disappointed”
