A bit about our vanilla biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon a traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our vanilla bake uses delicious Madagascan vanilla to give a warm, sweet taste.

“I was very impressed with the prompt delivery time in which the lovely tin of biscuits arrived. The box is pretty and inviting and I am sure my aunt, whom I bought the biscuits for her 98th birthday later in the month, will enjoy the contents. A perfect present as she has had to recently move into a nursing home folowing a fall. I think the presentation of the biscuits makes for a unique and very acceptable present for special occasons, and since purchasing the first box, I have ordered two more! Thank you.”
