A bit about our vanilla biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon a traditional twicebaked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our vanilla bake uses delicious Madagascan vanilla to give a warm, sweet taste.

“Disappointed because the tin arrived with a sharp dent into the side of the lid. Whatever had caused it had actually also caused the corner of the lid to split. I felt that the biscuits were a touch soft/stale and am not sure if that was as a result of the damage to the tin or that is actually what the biscuits are meant to be like. Considering how expensive these are I expected better. I also thought I would be able to use the tin once it was empty but obviously can’t. The box it arrived in was undamaged so I am left wondering if the tin was actually sent out damaged?”

“This is the 3rd year I have bought your advent biscuits for my family but sadly I am disappointed for the first time. The designs this year are not very Christmassy - too much pinks and purples and some are very small. I appreciate they have been designed with this year's advent calendar Fortunately I also bought a tin of Christmas biscuits so I have mixed them together to fill my advent calendar (bought 3 years ago). Please bear in mind when designing your advent biscuits next year that some of your customers have the calendars from past years - and the biscuits need to be suitable for everyone. If I had bought for the first time this year I would not be buying this again. At over £50 a tin it's expensive and disappointing.”

“Very disappointing. This tradition has really let itself down by being so small in size you can’t see ANY of the biscuits when they’re in place. Sad cost cutting and compromise.”

“I bought the advent box for my daughter but she will have to wait until the 1st of December before she can open it. I know she will enjoy the biscuits and possibly tell me off for buying them.”
