A bit about our vanilla biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon a traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our vanilla bake uses delicious Madagascan vanilla to give a warm, sweet taste.

“having paid 80+ pounds for biscuits, I was contacted by DHL to say I owe a further 15€. Biscuits were meant to be delivered on 14th feb. I still havn't received them as I have missed calls (due to being at work) from DHL to pay the balence & they will not allow balence to be paid at time of delivery. very disappointed and can't see myself ordering the biscuits again.”

Thank you very much for the feedback. I am so sorry for the delay in delivery from royal mail! Unfortunately, Royal Mail are experiencing a high number of parcels that they are having to deliver and pass through the system and are working with reduced staffing, which is causing a few delays. This can be longer during peak periods such as Lockdowns or holidays. Again, I'm very sorry for the delay. Warm Regards, Biscuiteers x

“Sent to family members who are unable to go on their regular ski trip at this time of year. Really brightened a dismal day in London. A lovely fun surprise and their comments were how well iced the biscuits are with lots of detail. Having fun dividing the various biscuits between them at afternoon tea time. Loved the cute tin also and will definitely keep it for biscuit refills. Glad to have sent an appreciated gift.”
