“Fantastic experience as a customer. To add context: I ordered this for delivery to India for my wife's birthday. The website ordering process was efficient and I had all the information I needed. My email enquiries were answered within 24hrs and the delivery process was smooth (rarely the case for imports into India). And lastly but by no means least: the biscuits themselves arrived in excellent condition. I was really nervous given how far they had come, but very thoughtful packaging meant you could not really tell that these came from London to India. Yummy biscuits and lovely tin! Thank you!
