However I was really disappointed, this very obviously being a birthday present with a personalised message, not addressed to me but to the same person as the message, that it included a catalogue of products. Firstly, when I send a present I do not want the company providing it to do a big sell to the recipient. The product stands up by itself; I would expect anyone receiving it who had not heard of Biscuiteers to Google you and start their own journey of discovery as I did. Secondly, the price of the present is then immediately obvious as it's in the catalogue! You may as well have sent a receipt!”
