One request - as I always order your biscuits as a gift - and as the 'open me' card is so pretty and charming and gives the recipient information on the biscuits - please please please can you stop writing the order details on this card? I end up sticking labels over the order details which spoils the look of the card! It's so important that people know they are receiving a special gift - and it says that on the 'open me' card. But they don't need to know that it was sent by international delivery, and whether or not it was personalised! Just a small thing that could make a big difference! Thank you! Janet”

At the moment we pick and dispatch the orders using the gift card, so this information is necessary to this process. “The biscuits were almost perfect. One of the candles was not in place.
But the reason I didn't rate it as excellent, was because you enclosed your brochure with the prices in. My elderly aunt was horrified at the cost of these biscuits, plain to see if you look at the brochure. This was really disappointing and marred her enjoyment of the present in a big way. I had to pretend Id had a special offer, compared it to receiving a bunch of flowers etc. but the elderly have their principles and she wouldn't stop going on about it. What should have been a lovely surprise, turned into a person horrified that I should waste money so and hiding the biscuits away! Not what I had anticipated at all. Please could you not enclose the brochure? I know its your way of advertising, but quite honestly these days those people likely to order are likely to visit your website, making the brochure unnecessary and certainly revealing how much was spent. It doesn't happen with flowers!”
