On this occasion I have been very let down by your delivery. I placed my order well in advance and you despatched the order 30 Nov for my mother's birthday on 2 Dec. However, the parcel only arrived on 3 Dec, so my mother was left empty handed on her birthday, as I was abroad on the day. I don't thank Biscuiteers at all for being let down, and I am very disappointed indeed. How hard is it in this day and age to actually get deliveries made on the right day? NOT HARD AT ALL. And if it is....then you are using the wrong logistics people. Furious.”

“I'm always very happy with my Biscuiteers orders (as are recipients!) but unfortunately this one was a little below par. I'd sent the personalised birthday tin to my brother for his 30th and apparently a number of biscuits arrived broken and much of the icing had come off the main "message" biscuit, which meant the message couldn't be read. I'm a fairly regular customer and, whilst this wouldn't put me off buying again, I was quite disappointed!”
