“This company is getting beyond annoying. No matter how many times I tell them I am not Jane Coates, never heard of Jane Coates and that someone else is using my email address, they continue to contact me even though I have instructed them not to. I have also asked them to contact this person as they obviously have her address. Also seemed to have failed this task. Even though they keep telling me the matter has been resolved. Maybe this review will kickstart remediation of this issue. I’m sure the actual customer, if genuine, is wondering why they’re not getting their updates and Royal Mail tracking emails.”
“This is such a lovely tin of biscuits that I decided to treat myself for Easter. They are so beautifully decorated they’re almost too good eat, but when you bite into them they taste delicious and it’s very hard not to eat the lot!”
