“A dismal experience. The website assumes a Default Delivery Address and Billing Address - both wrong in my case. No-one answers the phones and they aim to respond to emails within 24 hours, so that by the time they picked up my repeat messages, it was too late. The biscuits were delivered to the wrong place, not once, but twice. Lovely biscuits if they arrive, but there always seems to be a glitch, and enough is enough - I won't be using Biscuiteers again.”
