A bit about our gingerbread bake biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon a traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our gingerbread bake uses delicous mix of spices to give it a sweet and fragrant taste

“I don't usually write reviews but feel I need to on this one. We ordered 6 of these kits and not one person (aged between 9 and 18 years old) could build their house. Not a single one stuck together. The crucial point is for the instructions to be VERY clear about only adding a tiny bit of water to the icing sugar. I guess that is why none of them stuck - although even some of the ones with thicker icing didn't stick together. These were the most expensive kits I found and I am utterly disappointed.”

“For adults with patience. You have to hold each piece together for 15 minutes. Each piece!!! Needless to say our house collapsed. As stated on the website it’s more of a shortbread biscuit; but it’s soft, I prefer a more crunchier biscuit, so sadly not only did it not stand, but no one wanted to eat it too. An expensive activity that flopped for us.”

“Very easy instructions, pavakging was really good no boacuits broken, tho our icing sugar pack had and so had spilled in the bix. But no matter. I had originally arranged a party at Biscuiteers for my daughter's bday but bc of Lockdown II this was the next best thing. It was an awesome zoom party. Really. A great way to spend with loved ones when you cant be with each other.”
