I have been ordering biscuits from Biscuiteers for some time now, and recently I have started using your personalise service, but what happens is - I order the biscuits, I personalise them and then they arrive with no indication as to which recipient each box should go to. I have to then open the seal (which is not easy) to see what is written in each box. Is there a way that the name of the recipient can be indicated on the outside of the box?”
