Hi Nicki, We are so sorry to hear this. We have spent a lot of time getting our packaging right so we can avoid breakages. On the rare occasion when our parcels are mis-handled we have a policy where we replace immediately, we certainly don't want anyone to be left with a damage product, especially as it is a gift!
