“These were presented in a beautiful tin and well packaged on arrival. I got them for a gift so not able to comment on the taste but I had a peak at the contents and they looked lovely. The icing was nicely done.”

“When my biscuits arrived, the icing had become detatched and crumbled on biscuits on the third layer. I have now sent three emails regarding this over the last few days, all of which have been acknowledged but not answered! Very disappointing customer service especially as the contact says you aim to reply within 24hours and I am still waiting for a reply!”

“For the price, the tin was a little smaller at first sight than I expected but the contents were really beautifully done and everyone ooh-ed and ah-ed at it. And the biscuits were delicious.”

“An ideal Christmas gift, all the biscuits featured something that can be associated with Christmas. The tin and the presentation were amazing and it was exciting discovering a new layer with different biscuits from the previous layer. The biscuits were beautiful and a good size. I would be happy to buy the same selection next Christmas as a gift or to keep for myself. Everybody said that they had never seen anything quite like this and one lucky person, unfortunately not me, will get to keep the empty tin as a reminder of a lovely Christmas gift.”

“I know it says don't mention delivery but I was appalled. I sent 3 boxes to 3 different recipients many miles away from me - so what was the point of sending ME a photo of the blue bin one box was placed in or a photo of the front door of a neighbour where another box was sent? Why can't you just put a card in the recipients door to say where the parcel was left? I had to get in touch with the recipients and tell them where their parcel was ( thank goodness it wasn't bin day as that recipient was at work) The other recipient had to go to the house of a neighbour she didn't know to collect her box and she wasn't too happy as she had been in at the time the parcel was timed as delivered. They all enjoyed the biscuits but I'm not sure I will order again as delivery was so haphazard. That's why I can't recommend what is a really good product and I've disappointed as previous deliveries have worked well”

As the vast majority of our orders are gifts which are intended as a surprise for the recipient, we send all dispatch, shipping and delivery confirmation to the sender so that they can ensure safe delivery of their purchases. I am sorry to hear that this was not helpful for you, but we do find that this is the best way to keep you informed and let you know that your gifts have arrived safe and sound. A card would also have been left for your recipients, and the photographs are all a part of the service offered by our couriers. Apologies for any inconvenience this caused to you.
