“Was not able to give the gift to my loved one as every single biscuit arrived BROKEN or DAMAGED on arrival. I have been in contact with customer service and they’ve told me that they won’t refund my order and instead offered an exchange/store credit (not ideal as I no longer trust this company to deliver the product in a good condition) - be aware of this when purchasing as their T&Cs are quite ambiguous and misleading.”
