We believe this may be due to the incorrect delivery address being entered at checkout and we weren't able to amend it once the order had been dispatched. “Having placed an order on Wednesday morning and specifically requested next day delivery, I was disappointed to receive an email on Thursday morning from DPD saying they were unable to pickup the goods and so the delivery would be delayed. In a response to my email, Biscuiteers seemed unaware that the delivery had not been collected and said they would send out an extra parcel in case. The delivery was attempted on Friday (when the recipients were not in - hence why I'd requested next day delivery) and it wasn't until Monday when the box arrived.
Biscuits were (so I'm told) fine - just a shambolic delivery process. Disappointed and will probably not use again.”

“When I received the tin of biscuits, I could not wait to have a peep at the beautiful biscuits. As they were a gift I opened the tin carefully and only looked at the first layer. The biscuits looked scrumptious and you would want to nibble a few, on the other hand they are so beautiful that you may not want to eat them. The personification with the name of the baby on the pram biscuit added a nice touch. Perhaps you should do what one of my nieces did when she received her biscuits, she took photos of them in and out of the tin before she ate them. The tin itself is also a lovely reminder.”
