A bit about our vanilla biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon a traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our vanilla bake uses delicious Madagascan vanilla to give a warm, sweet taste.

“As you will know, I was not the recipient of the biscuits. They were sent as a gift . I know they arrived, but they could have been soft, stale, and /or inedible for all I know. Those I've sent them to always seem very pleased. Maybe they're just being polite ? I've put 2 stars simply because I cannot submit these comments without awarding a star rating. Do you invite recipients of your biscuits to write a review or to comment on the quality of the product ? I have spent hundreds of pounds on biscuiteer gifts over the years. Maybe you could send me one or two to sample ?? Thanks”
