A bit about our chocolate biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon a traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our chocolate bake uses rich cocoa powder to give a luxurious, chocolatey taste.

I'm so sorry to hear that your beside the seaside biscuit tin arrived with a biscuit broken, this is really disappointing to hear and a member of our customer service team will be in contact with you to discuss this further. Regarding the flavour of the biscuits, we do try to make this very clear on each product page, by including images of the biscuits so you can see the colour of the biscuit and then outlining the flavour in the description but I am so sorry if this was not made clear enough on this occasion. “Buiscuits are very beautiful and the tin is lovely.i love the idea of giving these buiscuits as a present,its such a pretty and thoughtful gift,however,they are very expensive and when it comes to taste,they arent worth that amount of money. They are a bit too soft and lack a bit of crunch.”
