“I ordered this tin for my Mum for Mother's Day under the impression that they would arrive before Mother's Day, however they did not arrive until the Monday leaving me confused and my Mum rather disappointed.
I have ordered from you a few times with great success and have recommended you to friends and family so was very disappointed by this experience.”

I can see on your order that delivery was estimated on the 5th March with Royal Mail on a 2-3 day service. 95% of parcels sent do arrive on the second delivery day however, as the delivery was made the day after the selected date we would certainly like to make this up to you. “Lovely. My mom was thrilled with it! First time I had ordered, it came on the day I selected (I had a coupon for free shipping on my order too). Only a few bits of icing had chipped off (to be expected in a way, as royal icing is hard as rocks and can chip easily); no big deal. She loved the tin too and took lots of pictures to show everyone at her work. Thought the biscuits were tasty with her tea too.”
