“Biscuits are fine, folk at the office very helpful but DPD are an utter disaster - error after error and in the end they failed to deliver in time for Father’s Day despite my booking delivery 4 days in advance. A truly poor experience - when paying a premium for a product (it’s £45 for a tin of biscuits at the end of the day) I don’t expect the experience to collapse in the final mile.”
