“I have found these patches very useful on annual long-distance walks to repair minor wear and tear inside my walking shoes, and help prevent or minimise friction on blister spots. The patches are expensive so I cut them to size and use them selectively, but ultimately they've enabled me to get hundreds more kilometres of use from my walking shoes and helped maintain my feet in good condition over thousands of kilometres.”

“Used the blister patches during the Kokoda Challenge last weekend on the Gold Coast. Walked 96km with around 4000m of elevation on a range of surfaces and got no blisters. I wouldn’t have thought it possible to walk for nearly 24 hours straight and not get a blister or even a hotspot but with the patches and strategic taping as well as combining this with the gel toe caps it was.”

“Blister patches are an essential part of my blister prevention. I started using these when I developed hot spots at about 10K and full blisters at 15K or more. I get a pair of blister patches for each new pair of shoes I buy. The patches have lasted the full life of each of the shoes I've used them in. With blister pads and good-quality socks, I have gone blister free for distances up to a full marathon.”
