“This is a great improvement over cutting holes in my socks for my bizarrely long second toe. I am an arthritic runner, and having this protection eliminates one more source of pain. The gel cap keeps me from favoring that foot, which keeps me from having an injury due to compensating my gait to favor that stupid toe. Thank you.”
