“The flowers didn’t get delivered in the first try due to the recipient not picking up their phone. The staff was quick to respond and they were generous enough to deliver again without any fee”
“The receiver notified me that they had received their flowers, the flowers arrived on the requested date and they said that the flowers were so beautiful and packaged wonderfully. She mentioned the next day that the flowers had wilted quite quickly, she believes this may have been because the flowers were delivered in the afternoon and although she was home she didn’t know they were delivered until she went to go out and discovered them at 6pm that night. The day of delivery was a very hot day, the only improvement I could recommend is ensuring a personal handover when weather is extreme, it’s nice in general to ensure flowers are delivered and taken in immediately as they are live items.”
