“I was disappointed that the flowers my sister received were not at all what the picture showed. I understand flowers are seasonal, but you can’t advertise “Pretty in Pink” when the flowers were mostly white! Also the bouquet looked haphazardly put together and smaller than advertised.
I complained online and was offered a 15% off discount which I declined as I will not be using again. They then offered to send an apology bouquet which I accepted. I got this sent to my sister. I asked if they could put more pink but was told it was more a free flow bouquet. So while I was disappointed the product did not match the description or expectations, I appreciate them trying to resolve my complaint.
I have attached a photo of what my sister received.”
