“I love my thermal socks for swimming, but the customer servce ws not up to my expectations. There was a problem in ordering onliine (had to cal you to get the discount code), and the socks took too many days to arrive. I orderred on a Friday, the order didn't go out until the following Tuesday (I had to email asking where my order was), and then I didn't recieve them until the next Monday. Too long, as I had wanted them for a swim race the previous weekend. Oh well. We pay the big bucks for quality products AND service.

“The small size was too big for me (my shoe size is Women's 7.5) As with the gloves, they had a decent fit when dry, but stretched and sagged around my ankles after several minutes of swimming (even though I had them tucked inside the legs of my wetsuit). The foot part continued to fit fairly well, and they held warmth, but I couldn't keep swimming in them with the ankle sagging part.”
