“Having tried multiple sugar alternatives I can say that this is pretty good. It has no weird taste or cooling effect no bitterness or unusual tongue sensations (had this with monk fruit). I only used it so far in my latte - gives enough sweetness but it’s def not very potent. If you are low carb ur probably not looking for the same level of sweetness as sugar anyways. You do have to use close to a tablespoon for a 7oz beverage. The cost is high for the potency so one star off”
“It’s a bit pricey but worth it, delicious flavor, ZERO AFTERTASTE, no cooling sensation. I used this in a sweet potato casserole recipe and did not tell anyone, and they loved it, too. I have already reordered to keep in my pantry. I have also used to make chocolate and vanilla custards with exceptional results. Can’t tell at all that it isn’t cane sugar. Love this product.”
“This is my favorit sweetner, you can NOT tell it's not sugar. No aftertaste! Its on the pricier side but it is soooo worth it. You use it just like sugar. One thing though, it doesn't dissolve at the same rate as sugar, that is, it takes slightly longer to dissolve. I'm on a keto diet and this sweetner keeps me on tract. I use it to make keto Ice cream and it makes the best low carb icecream I've ever had. Also great in unsweetened iced tea.”
“It is one of the best sweetener's that won't elevate blood sugar and in Dr. Gundry's plant paradox we use sweeteners' like this one. However, it has a tendency to have some clumps. It is also expensive. We do use it and make sure to sift out the clumps.”
