“I was looking for a sweetener that did not have an aftertaste. I heard about this one and thought I would give it a try. I felt that the price was high but I thought I would try it anyway. I have used it in my coffee and tea. I don't believe that it is as sweet as sugar but it does not leave an aftertaste. I will have to use it more to really have a good opinion of the BochaSweet.”

“This sweetener is AMAZING as is their granulated sweetener! It is everything they say it is. It literally tastes and behaves just like cane sugar without any of the negative health impact. If you are diabetic, or Keto, or you just want a healthy alternative to cane sugar, BochaSweet is the answer. The only downside is the cost. But this is the only company I have found that is making this sweetener and they are a relatively small company. So the price is understandable. I actually almost wanted to not review this because I don't want the demand to exceed the supply. So be considerate and order what you need and wait until they can increase their capacity to stock up. But it really is the best alternative to sugar out there. Shhhh.”

“This is the best sugar substitute in my opinion. Used in cooking or baking, I don't think anyone could tell the difference between Bocha Sweet and sugar. Great product! The only negative is the hefty price. It is substantially more expensive than all the others. If a large quantity is needed for the recipe, I will use half Bocha and half of another sweetner to cut the cost. In my opinion, it is worth it.”
