“I really like Bochasweet, as it doesn’t have the after taste, that so many other sweeteners do. Nor does it have cooling effect. I just wish I could get it in the brown sugar, and locally.”
“I haven't baked with it yet. If you taste it on your finger, you can feel a slight cooling on the tongue. So, I'm not sure if you will notice it when you bake with it. I like not having the sugar alcohols in the ingredients. I'll try and update when I've used it more. :0)”
“This tastes and performs the most like white cane sugar of any product we've tried. The taste is indistinguishable from cane sugar to us. Other than not being able to caramelize, it performs the same as cane sugar in recipes. We don't use it in sugar-heavy recipes like cakes because it is expensive, but in homemade ice cream, cheesecake, fruit crisps, and such items it works perfectly.”
