This 0 calorie white sugar replacement is the closest to the taste of real sugar that I've ever baked with.

BochaSweet is unique among sugar alternatives. It tastes delicious, with no strange aftertaste or mouth feel. It stays finely loosely granular in the storage container, and doesn't clump or harden like others do-- so it's always ready to use with no muss or fuss. It's not derived from corn or wood. I like supporting small family businesses, and I really appreciate the helpful customer service these folks provided to me. I do wish BochaSweet wasn't so expensive! Because of the price I have to ration it carefully. But I'm very thankful to have found this healthy sweetener!

So far, I love it in the foods I've tried so far, Cinnamon Sugar Toast and White Chocolate Macadamia Cookies. Yum Yum.

I use Bochasweet almost exclusively now. It takes just like sugar, I love that it's 1:1, and best of all, gives me no gastrointestinal issues. A win win!

I LOVE BOCHASWEET. It doesn't leave an aftertaste like all those other surger substitutes do. It desolves really good in my coffee. I haven't tried baking or cooking with it yet ( I don't bake much) but I do want to try baking some cookies. I'm so glad I found Bochasweet.

A staple of my baking supplies, Bochasweet granular sugar replacement is my go to sweetener for all my recipes. It is great in baked goods, salad dressings, and any other recipes requiring sugar. We love that it is zero glycemic and found no unusual taste other than sweet.
