“BochaSweet is the ONLY sweetener I use, with very rare exception. It is actually slightly less sweet than actual sugar so it truly is a one:one replacer in recipes, though if you are baking you may find that your bakes don't rise quite as much as with sugar. Aside from that BochaSweet tastes exactly like sugar when I have tast tested them side by side. I has zero effect on my blood glucose levels and the convenient sachets are a must have in my purse or bag for cafe trips. While it is more expensive than sugar, it is worth it to me as I am unable to use any traditional sweeteners of any kind. The products ship securely and customer service is easy to work with. If you have struggled to find a sugar replacer that actually tastes like sugar, I cannot recommend this product highly enough. It comes in pwdered and "brown" options as well, although I will say that the brown sugar option does not have quite the same flavor as traditional brown sugar, it still makes a very good replacement in recipes for those that simply cannot have regular sugar. Another thing to note is the wonderful array of products the company makes with their sweetener. Sodas and baked goods are delicious and are wonderful treats! I bring them to parties so that I have a little something to nibble on (and to help introduce others to the product line!).”
