“I had been searching for a sugar replacement for some time and stumbled upon the Bocha Sweet website. I purchased a one pound bag and to try it out and have not used sugar since. It taste just like sugar and there is no aftertaste like with so many sugar substitutes. We use it on anything that requires sugar, especially fruit jams and baked goods.
