“This is not about the product but more about the level of service. Lack of a smooth process when ordering. Lack of communication and unproffesional background noises when talking to support. Overall they need to figure out what to do about a professional and positive, timely experience for customers. I run a business and if I ran it the way they do I would not be doing so good. If I place an order Monday I would expect it to ship by Friday, if it can't I would expect someone to follow up with me well before I had to reach out to them. Very disappointed in the level of professionalism. I love the products and the mission of Donna Gates. I hope Donna sees this and does something about it. This is a recent issue. Although in the past I have been met with rep's that seem stressed out and unable to handle support several times.”
