“I really liked this product, but I personally found the innerbiotic a lot more effective. I was disappointed that the two kefir boxes I ordered came without the instructions said to be inside.
Overall, I did feel an improvement in digestion and bowel movement.

“With this Kefir starter I make coconut water Kefir flawlessly. Using small amounts from previous batches also works quite well. I definitely recommend this starter for first time Kefir makers. Use an air tight bottle for best results.”
“I really liked the original kefir starter (from clear back in 2009 or 2010) and used it all the time. I keep trying this to see if it is just me but no matter how precise I follow instructions kefir the coconut water, it isn't the same. I cannot use any milk including goat. I am using the correct young thai coconut water (frozen) along with all instructions but it still seems syrupy and not palatable like before. I will continue using the Cocobiotic but hope there will be something in the future for me that is less expensive than Cocobiotic. Would love to see fresh BED kefired coconut water in the frig section one day. ;-)”
