“I love this starter culture. I use it with raw whole milk and it produces a delicious kefir. I actually let it ferment to the point where it's more solid (like yogurt) rather than drinkable. From one packet, I get a quart started, and then from there, I can do another 5 or more batches before the taste is too tangy/sour and then I use a new packet again. Easy and reliable.”
