“I really liked the original kefir starter (from clear back in 2009 or 2010) and used it all the time. I keep trying this to see if it is just me but no matter how precise I follow instructions kefir the coconut water, it isn't the same. I cannot use any milk including goat. I am using the correct young thai coconut water (frozen) along with all instructions but it still seems syrupy and not palatable like before. I will continue using the Cocobiotic but hope there will be something in the future for me that is less expensive than Cocobiotic. Would love to see fresh BED kefired coconut water in the frig section one day. ;-)”

“The homemade Kefir is one of the most powerful energy drinks I 've ever had. I make it with young coconut water or raw milk (Organic Pastures) and Donna's Kefir Starter. When I need extended energy I add raw chocolate powder (Wolfe) or Maca (HealthForceNutritionals) and it keeps me going for hours.
It gives me such a boost, I have to avoid drinking it after 6pm- otherwise I will have to go to bed really late.
